Mountainside is officially open!
Mountainside Racquet Club is currently open on a limited basis until we resume full operations on Tuesday, September 8th. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9 am- 6 pm and during the weekend when we host USTA Junior Tournaments. The following safety measures and procedures have been implemented at MRC:
The pro shop, fitness areas and locker rooms are locked.
The lobby will have limited access and masks will be required to be worn at all times.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the club
Masks and gloves will be provided upon request
Entry and exit will be conducted only through the outer doors which will remain open at all times.
A mask will be required when you are using the rest room.
Pros and staff will wear face coverings
Maximum of 4 players per court
We are currently offering private lessons, pro shop services and junior programming which is listed below.
SUMMER JUNIOR PROGRAMMING
Starting on Monday, July 20, we are conducting the following summer junior programs with limited space:
9:00-Noon: Weekly clinic for high school players and tournament players with a UTR Below 5.0
Noon-3:00: Weekly clinic for high school and tournament players with a UTR 5.0 -8.0
3:00-6:00 Weekly clinic for high school and tournament players with a UTR of 8.0 and above.
The price is $250 per week and please contact our Director of Tennis, Steve Ondish firstname.lastname@example.org regarding availability and registration.

Please remember that if you are reentering MRC for the first time since the pandemic, you must update your account on our new club management software company, AceSpace. The instructions are listed below. If you incur any technical difficulties, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

On a desktop, navigate to the Mountainside Racquet Club Reservation System
Click on "Login" on the top right, and hit "Forgot my password." We have migrated as many people as possible over, so your email should be in the system. If not, you can create your own account or contact us and we can create one for you.
Add a card on file
A credit card is required for all bookings.
Navigate to settings on the top right
Scroll down to "Payment methods on file"
Click on "Add new credit card" and fill out the form
Add/Edit Child Accounts
Navigate to settings on the top right
Scroll down to "Child Accounts"
Click on "Add child account" and fill out the form
View Purchases/Update Profile
Players can edit most of their settings in the "Settings" section, which can be found by clicking on the "Settings" button on the top right after logging in
To view reservations, past transactions, and waivers, navigate to "My Profile" by selecting the "My Profile" on the top right after logging in
