Mountainside Racquet Club – Terms & Conditions

 

All registrations, reservations, purchases, and services (including those made at the front desk) must be paid in full at the time of booking. All sales are final.

 

All open court reservations are strictly non-refundable. If Mountainside Racquet Club (“MRC”) cancels court time due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be issued to the member’s MRC account for future use. No cash refunds will be provided.

 

All accounts must remain current. I authorize MRC to charge any credit card or bank account on file for all outstanding balances, including applicable late fees, declined payment fees, and collection costs if necessary.

 

Enrollment in all MRC programs constitutes a commitment for the full session. No refunds, credits, or makeups will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, injuries, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason. Under no circumstances will program fees be refunded once the session has begun.

 

All Lesson Packages, High Performance Installment Plans, and Home School Program enrollments are non-refundable and must be completed within the designated term. Any exceptions, including makeup credits, are granted solely at the discretion of MRC management.

 

By signing below or providing electronic acceptance, I acknowledge and agree to comply with all current and future rules, policies, and procedures established by MRC.

 

I fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in tennis and related activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. I hereby release, waive, and discharge MRC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any activity or use of MRC facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

If enrolling a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to execute this agreement on their behalf. I agree to provide any requested medical documentation. In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize MRC to obtain medical treatment for the participant, and I accept full financial responsibility for all related costs.

 

MRC reserves the right to close courts or facilities at any time for maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, or operational needs without compensation.

 

MRC reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation or cancel this agreement at its sole discretion. In such cases, MRC’s sole liability, if any, shall be limited to a prorated credit or refund for unused services, as determined by MRC.

 

MRC retains the unrestricted right to use any photographs or video recordings taken at the facility for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.
