To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our members, we'd like to remind you of Mountainside Racquet Club's (MRC) updated court reservation policies that were implemented in 2023. These guidelines have been designed to enhance your booking experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of our schedule.
Payment at the Time of Reservation: Starting last year, we introduced a change to our reservation process by requiring full payment at the time of booking. This adjustment ensures that you secure your preferred court time, offering a seamless and hassle-free reservation experience. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our schedule for the benefit of all our members.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life is full of unexpected twists and turns. In light of this, we've updated our cancellation policy to accommodate your changing plans. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your court reservation, kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. While we regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, we do provide a future credit at MRC. This credit not only serves as a gesture of goodwill but also ensures that we can accommodate other members and guests efficiently.
