Update Profile

  • On a desktop, navigate to the Mountainside Racquet Club Reservation System

  • Click on "Login" on the top right, and hit "Forgot my password." We have migrated as many people as possible over, so your email should be in the system. If not, you can create your own account or contact us and we can create one for you.

Add a card on file

A credit card is required for all bookings.

  • Navigate to settings on the top right

  • Scroll down to "Payment methods on file"

  • Click on "Add new credit card" and fill out the form

Add/Edit Child Accounts

  • Navigate to settings on the top right

  • Scroll down to "Child Accounts"

  • Click on "Add child account" and fill out the form

View Purchases/Update Profile

  • Players can edit most of their settings in the "Settings" section, which can be found by clicking on the "Settings" button on the top right after logging in

  • To view reservations, past transactions, and waivers, navigate to "My Profile" by selecting the "My Profile" on the top right after logging in
