High Performance
Track Summer 2025

Designed for top-level junior players, the High Performance Program at Mountainside Racquet Club provides an elite training environment for players looking to compete at the highest levels. Training focuses on advanced stroke mechanics, match strategy, tournament preparation, fitness, and mental toughness.

 

Program Details & Pricing:

 

Dates: June 23, 2025 – August 29, 2025

 

Schedule:

TY: Monday - Friday | 9:00 a.m. - Noon

JHP: Monday - Friday | 9:00 a.m. - Noon

Cost: $375 per week

 

HP 1&2 Monday – Friday | Noon – 4:00 p.m.

Cost: $450 per week

Daily Rate: $100

 

No clinics on: Friday, July 4, 2025

Level 7

High Performance 

The High Performance program is designed for the fully committed, tournament-level player who wishes to compete at the highest level. The program consists of four levels, each with specific criteria for qualification. All levels require approval by Steve Ondish (steveo@mrctennis.com)

  • Yellow Ball Tournament Training: For players beginning USTA junior tournaments.

  • Junior High Performance: Requires a Tennis Recruiting ranking and/or an un rounded 3 UTR.

  • High Performance 1: Requires a Tennis Recruiting ranking and flat 5 to 7.5 UTR.

  • High Performance 2: Requires a Tennis Recruiting ranking and a rounded 8 UTR or higher.

 

Yellow Ball

Program Duration: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - Noon

Cost: $375

 

Junior High Performance

Program Duration: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - Noon

Cost: $375​

 

High Performance 1&2

Program Duration: Monday - Friday, Noon - 4:00 p.m.

Cost:$450

For summer: 4 UTR and above will participate in the Noon - 4:00p.m. Time Slot
